Job DescriptionCaesars Digital, America’s leading sports book operator, is adding a Senior Licensing Specialist to the Compliance team. As a Senior Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and documenting various licenses and license renewals. The legal sports betting market is experiencing tremendous growth, and there has never been a more exciting time to join the team!
What You Will Do
As a part of Caesars Sportsbook & Casino’s employment process, finalist candidates will be required to complete background check upon offer acceptance. Many positions require timely gaming registration or licensing with the regulatory authority in one or multiple states to fulfil essential job responsibilities.

What You Will Do
- Research and document required operational licenses for the company
- Assist in resolving licensing issues as needed
- Monitor, process and document licenses and license renewals
- Keeps official records and performs administrative functions related to vendor registration
- Complete business license applications and gather required supporting documents and signatures
- Provide guidance to employees completing individual license applications
- Ensure licensing and approval requests are timely prepared and submitted to the required governmental authority
- Work interactively with cross-functional teams to achieve business and compliance goals/objectives
- 5 years of experience as a casino/gaming licensing analyst handling multiple jurisdictions
- Possesses knowledge of all licensing and regulatory requirements relating to the business
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to simultaneously work on several projects with the flexibility to re-prioritize in a minimum amount of time
- Ability to investigate and analyze technical and regulatory issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods
- Regular attendance in the office
