This is an entry level opportunity to support our small but growing coffee roasting business in a number of critical capacities. We are seeking flexible, motivated and hard working individuals ready to take on a variety of roles:
- Coffee delivery to grocery and retail customers
- Merchandising of coffee and developing retail relationships
- Assisting with demos and sampling of coffee
- Assisting with retail sales at events such as farmer's markets

The position combines aspects of brand ambassadorship, retail sales, social media marketing and marketing analytics. Ideal candidates are outgoing, extroverted, organized, punctual and absolutely love excellent coffee.

Cafe Jose is a small but rapidly growing roaster of high quality, specialty, single origin coffee. Our coffee is ethically sourced from quality growers, which we roast locally in Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for growth. As a small company, we all take on multiple roles which means that our employees always have the opportunity to get involved in and learn a wide range of marketing and operations skills. You will learn the ins and outs of the coffee industry, grocery marketing and distribution. As an early employee, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and leadership.

This initially part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time position with added responsibility and compensation. Successful individuals may eventually organize and run their own events, manage local or regional teams on either the distribution or marketing side.
