Barista Benefits:

Barista Requirements:

  • A passion for taking care of people, in addition to strong customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment

  • Minors applying must submit a work permit upon hire before first date of work

Barista Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee beverages
  • Assemble handmade sandwiches and salads for daily service
  • Bake fresh baked pastries and cookies
  • Will be trained to service customer from hello to goodbye during Barista Induction
  • Strive to perfect their coffee making skills everyday
