Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
- Promote independence and enhance the quality of life for individuals in their home or community settings
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in individual's condition

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care principles
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Basic knowledge of vital signs and medical terminology is a plus
