We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to perform yard work and building maintenance . This position will be full-time and on-site in Brooksville, Florida.

Yard maintenance
Light plumbing work
Pressure washing
Lawn mowing
Weed trimming
What You'll Need
Required :
Must have 2 years of experience performing yard maintenance, including power washing
Must have 2 years of experience performing building maintenance, including light plumbing
Must be skilled using lawn mowers and weed trimmers
Must be skilled using pressure washers
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
