We are looking for a **Program Manager** to lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. This position will be **full-time** and **hybrid** .
**What Youll Do**
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization
Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple projects, from initial concept through design, implementation, and deployment
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Manage resource allocation, including the assignment of tasks and tracking of team performance
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any issues that may arise during the project
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, potential challenges, and strategic opportunities
**What You'll Need**
Required:
A minimum of 10 years experience in implementing complex IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience managing projects through all phases of the development lifecycle
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and conflict resolution
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
**Physical Demands**
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
