As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their automotive needs and ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way. You'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping to keep our operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to customer concerns and effectively communicate automotive issues and solutions
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (training provided)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customer concerns, ask probing questions, and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide customers with estimates for service and repairs, explain recommended repairs and maintenance, and obtain necessary approvals
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing courteous and helpful assistance to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
