About the Inside Sales Specialist (aka Member Advocate)
For the Inside Sales Specialist (aka Member Advocate), every day is always fast paced, with new relationships to build, something new to learn, and old friends to reconnect with. As a champion of the ELITE sales and retention team, the Inside Sales Representative’s primary focus is to ensure that new customers become a part of ELITE, and that they stay with us for the long term. Education & Experience
Travel
Out of town travel with overnight stays may be required 1-2 times per year. Attending the out of town annual Company Meeting required.
Work Environment
This is an in-office, full-time, exempt position. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and bend or stand, as necessary.

Our compensation and benefit structure is comprised of many factors, including but not limited the size of our Firm, our financial position, the industry, business objectives, market salary information, benchmark pay levels and practices against the respective peer group (to ensure equal pay for equal work, with allowable pay differences based on factors not prohibited by law), and unique circumstances of the Firm that are subject to change.
Compensation
Minimum: $60,000 - Maximum: $90,000
