Job Description:

1. Based on Cainiao’s different business models, design a complete, objective, and accurate data indicator system, build a management and monitoring system from a global perspective, and gain insight into the business, and locate business problems;
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of business scenarios, including operations precedure, network expansion, supply chain optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, customer experience improvement, competitive analysis, etc., produce analysis reports for business strategies, promote business development, and help achieve business goals;
3. Cooperate with other teams such as data center, operation team, and technology team to design and refine data product needs, promote the implementation of data products.

Job Requirement:

1. Mathematics, statistics, computer, finance and other related professional background is preferred
2. Proficient in using SQL and data analysis related tools, able to analyze massive data, refine core ideas, and write complete data analysis reports;
3. Be able to deeply understand the business, have good logical capabilities and data sensitivity, and able to discover the problems behind the business;
4. Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and be able to work closely with different teams to promote project implementation.
