Description
Summary: Responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the performance of administrative duties for the manufactured housing community.
Duties and Responsibilities: Collect rent, lease and/or home payments from community residents based on the terms of the residents’ leases. Ensure community tenants comply with their lease terms and the community rules and regulations. Follow and practice all Federal, State and Local fair housing laws. Accurately maintain tenant and prospective tenant information in an online property management software or with proper file maintenance. Prepare rental and renewal agreements with residents according to appropriate procedures. Sell or lease home inventory to prospective tenants, and provide community tours to prospective tenants, as required. Deposit all rent collections with bank and maintain records in online property management software system. Computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and property management software. Understand and carry out all policies in dealing with the community and the community’s tenants. Maintain good tenant relations by prompt and complete, professional and sound judgment responses to tenant problems. Maintain records in a timely and organized manner. Time Management, project management and planning. Responsible for being able to communicate in English and Spanish.
In addition to their base salary, employees may also earn a commission based on their sales performance.
