This role will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a mobile home community. 

Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining the grounds, the exterior and interior of homes, and responding to property maintenance service calls.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follows daily work instructions according to the work schedule and applies sound judgment to operate equipment safely as well as prevent problems. 

Preserves grounds by performing general clean up, preventative maintenance, and minor landscaping duties. 

Operates equipment to perform minor landscaping duties such as blowers, hedge trimmers, and various hand tools in accordance with approved operating guidelines and safety procedures. 

Maintains structural integrity of homes by performing exterior home maintenance such as painting, cleaning gutters and downspouts, pressure washing, and other related duties. 

Maintains interior integrity of homes by performing maintenance that does not require licensure such as painting, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, basic appliance repair, and other related duties.

Maintains the integrity of the air conditioning systems for each home.

Education/Experience:

More than one-year related experience or training.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license, and HVAC license.
