Role Description:
Caitec is looking for a full-time Product Support Associate to support the development and roll-out of new products and customer proposals. The Associate will collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales Team, Design Team, and Customer Service Team. The Associate will facilitate the gathering and submission of all product data into internal and external customer systems. In addition, the Associate will assist in the product development and sales proposal process. The ideal candidate enjoys having versatile responsibilities, is well organized and able to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment, and is eager to develop.
Key Responsibilities:
· Measure product, packaging, and case dimensions.
· Calculate required logistical information such as volume, palletization, CBM, Hi, & Ti.
· Gather all product information required for entry into ERP and customer portals, leveraging factory contacts and design team members as needed.
· Update and maintain accuracy of all product offerings and pricing in pricelists, sales materials, and the ERP system.
· Track new products from the development process through production and delivery.
· Communicate deadlines and progress on key launches or proposals to stakeholders.
· Extract product and customer data from systems and organize it into reports or spreadsheets to support the sales team and management.
· Assist in drafting PowerPoint presentations for large customer proposals as requested by Sales Team.
· Manage all requests for product samples to ensure accurate labeling/packaging and timely arrival.
· Manage all customer portal integrations and any required updates/entries into these systems.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
· Valid work permit or ability to work onsite in the US not requiring sponsorship.
· At least 1 year experience in a business setting.
· Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
· Must possess high degree of ownership and resourcefulness.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
