Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Cal-Am Properties, Inc. located in Beaverton, Oregon. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant management, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and leasing activities. They will ensure the property remains well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. The Property Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive community environment and providing excellent customer service to tenants.
