The Assistant Manager is responsible for assistingmanagement with overall store (restaurant) conditions and operations, in orderto maximize customer experience and store profitability. Fosters a coachingenvironment where employees want to excel and are recognized for theirachievements. The Assistant Manager is generally scheduled to work separateshifts/days from the Gen/Store Manager, with the exception of a day a week. Manage the store in the absence of the GeneralManager, and is expected to defer and refer to the Gen/Store Manager or AreaManager in matters of significance. This is an hourly, nonexempt positiongenerally 40 hours a week.
