6-month Contract (W2) with Potential for Full-Time Conversion, Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $19/hr.

Calculated Hire is in search of a Customer Service Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following:
PROJECT SUMMERY
You will be part of the new customer service team with a specific focus on small business credit card customers.
DUTIES
- Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small biz credit card customers
- Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transaction, etc.
TOP SKILLS
- Call center experience (handling inbound calls)
- Customer service experience (phone)
Desired but not required:
- Finance/ banking is desired but not required
- Customer management systems (nothing specific)
SOFT SKILLS
- Reliable attendance and punctual
- Communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to acknowledge issue and provide empathy to customers
- Problem solving skills with ability to take ownership of issues
