Job Title: Loan Post-Close Processor (Loan Documentation Specialist)

• 6-month contract with eligibility for hire
• Naperville, IL – Remote/Hybrid

Description

• Help with production support and post-close operations with the Retail Lending and Bank Operations division
• Review and analyze loan-documents in the "post-close" state, review to ensure completion and accuracy against bank requirements, and work to resolve discrepancies with internal and third parties
• Process post-close documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review past work to improve team best-practices and create efficient processes to set both individual and team standards
• Reporting: Review and correctly identify key data points within excel reports based on business requirements
• Receive team reports and make sure any future-state data is accurately reflected
• Meet quality and production expectations on a daily basis

• Strong excel experience in Macros - VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.

Education And/or Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years work experience in relation to Finance/Business
• Loan Post Close experience a plus
• College degree in Accounting/Finance
