Pay Range: $105K-$120K DOE

What you will do:

• Under the supervision of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
• Follows all center infection control and safety measures
• Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
• Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
• Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

Must have:

• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred

As required by state and local law, Bridgeview Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Bridgeview Care Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
