Caldera Care is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) Near Bremerton, WA

Bridgeview Care Center in Bremerton, WA is now hiring an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (DON)! Come join our amazing team!

Pay Range: $105K-$120K DOE

When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff!

What you will do:

  • Under the supervision of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
  • Follows all center infection control and safety measures
  • Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
  • Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
  • Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
  • Any other tasks as directed by the DON

Must have:

  • Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred

Compensation for roles at Bridgeview Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Bridgeview Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Bridgeview Care Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $105,000-120,000 per year Depending on Experience
