Caldwell Tanks is Hiring an Administrative Assistant- Plant Near Louisville, KY
Caldwell Tanks is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in the Manufacturing Plant. This person will report to the Plant Manager, and they will be an integral part in the day-to-day workings of the plant. Pay is in the $50K range, depending on experience.

- Process weekly time sheets for plant employees
- Scan / Retain all plant records
- Approve and code all maintenance/garage/plant invoices (Docuware)
- Create reports and spreadsheets (tracking hours)
- Download and create all PMI reports
- Make deliveries/pickups from vendors, as needed
- Distribute load lists
- Create Power Point presentations
- Process Credit Cards
- Print & Distribute Safety Paperwork
- Print & Distribute Weekly Schedules
- Download & Save Load Photos
- Scan & Save Cut Lists
- Create Job Files
- Create Employee Files
- Process Employee Terminations & Promotions
- Track Job Load Dates
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2‐year college or technical school; or six months to one‐year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Construction background a plus
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Understanding of database software, spreadsheet software and word processing software, specifically excel experience
