Full job description
We are a beauty products manufacturer & are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational & interpersonal skills. This position requires someone who thrives on checklists, strategy, communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years of office/purchasing & sourcing experience (ideally in the Beauty Industry)
· Experience with project management software for invoices and proposals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Well spoken. Written & verbal communication skills coupled with a positive and kind attitude & semi-professional attire.
· Self-driven with minimal supervision required.
· Time efficient & thorough: The ideal candidate will efficiently navigate through tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication & updates.
· Experience in Sales and/or Marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Required: Diligently complete tasks and provide updates on completed tasks without reminders.
· Communication Management with clients and vendors: Handle communications in a timely manner & ability to write informative, professionally formatted emails.
· Manage calendars and schedule appointments with vendors
· Sourcing & purchasing management: Samples & Product ordering, product tracking, following up with vendors, updating order status in our project management software. Warehouse communication, warehouse tracking, and transportation tracking. Scheduling and following up on deliveries.
· Create invoices and proposals using project management software.
· Set up & manage digital files in Google Drive.
· Attending client meetings and taking informative notes for supervisor
· Run errands if needed. (pick up samples, visit job site, etc.)
