Caliente Resort is looking for a hard-working individuals to join our team as a Full-time Maintenance Technicians. Must have general knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance around the resort to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machinery.
• Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair.
• Responds to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water to fixtures.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift to (50) fifty pounds at a time.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check prior to offer of employment.
• Must be available to work during the week, weekends, and holidays.

Caliente is a clothing-optional resort and residential community. All staff are fully clothed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
