California Animal Rehabilitation (CARE) is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our diverse and growing team. Our state-of-the-art 8,000-square-foot facility in West Los Angeles represents the gold standard in pet physical rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and work effectively with all departments as a team.

We are open to training and helping you develop your skills as a new receptionist. This candidate must possess a great attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest-quality patient care.

Prior experience in Cornerstone schedule software, animal care, or a veterinary-health setting is useful but not required. Duties include appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, credit card/cash transactions, filing, record-keeping, and general administrative support to veterinary and management staff.

Saturday availability is a must.
