Job Summary:
California Backyard (CBY) is seeking a Part-time Stock Associate to join our Elk Grove team. The Stock Associate will be responsible for ensuring the timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Duties:
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and displays with products
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to assist shoppers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
- Understanding of inventory control practices
