Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support employee relations by addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Help with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of recruiting tools like iCIMS, ATS systems, or Salesforce
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team environment
