Entering authorizations and at times being pulled to cover as front office receptionist through the cliunic when there are PTO's

Verifying eligibility

Collecting Co-Pays, completing check in process

Handling appointments, Monitoring Daily Productivity

Balancing batches and confirming payments/co-pays received at the end of day which require careful handling and properly documented and allocated for
