Salary Range : $54,000 - $58,000 Year Essential Functions NOTE : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Employee may perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization that will be reviewed and agreed upon with mutual acceptance before implementation.

Fabricate controls according to specifications, including layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel and wiring of all components.

Determine dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures. Run metal enclosures through a preprogrammed fabrication machine Run din rail and wiring duct through preprogrammed cutting machine Oversee dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I / O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions Collaboration with engineering to ensure that work is done correctly and in a timely fashion Communicate red line changes to Controls Manager for revision before completion Communicates effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers, and the Project Manager The ability to meet deadlines under pressure A high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Other duties as needed. Competencies Must be very detailed oriented and strive to achieve high quality results. Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and adhere to written procedures.

Professionalism, a positive attitude, and willingness to work as a team. Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of internal and external customers.

No Supervisory responsibilities for this role. Required and Education Experience High School Graduate or equivalent. Ability to understand and work from schematics.

Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology required Preferred and Education Experience Technical school attendance. Experience with Autodesk or EPLAN.
