The Employer Account Management Division (EAMD) oversees and manages the day-to-day retirement operations of membership, payroll, compensation review, and serves as the state Social Security Administrator for public agencies throughout the state. The Employer Account Management Division is currently seeking a Staff Services Manager I to oversee and guide the analysts on the myCalPERS System Support Team in performing a variety of complex program evaluation, reporting, legal, budgeting, management analysis and sensitive departmental issues.

The myCalPERS System Support Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Lead professional team members responsible for researching, analyzing, coordinating, and prioritizing myCalPERS system defects and enhancements.
• Actively participates in meetings and oversees user acceptance testing activities for myCalPERS enhancements and defects.
• Provides management oversight/supervision and assigns team to system related projects including communication and release lifecycle activities.

Pay: $6,760.00 - $8,398.00 per month
