Calivines Winery & Olive Mill, housed at the same location, Calivirgin and Calivines work together, providing a one-of-a-kind wine tasting and olive oil pairing experience. We are looking for an individual to assist us with our bookkeeping. We need a technically proficient candidate with experience with QuickBooks Online, Payroll and who loves to continue learning and helping keep our business growing and thriving!

Qualifications

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
• Experience in Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Quickbooks Online
• Love for numbers
• Solution & detail oriented
• Eager to learn and grow professionally
• Experience in Excel
• A self-starter with good time management and organization skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Weekly A/P processing
• Bi-weekly payroll for two companies
• Recording deposits
• Data collection/analysis
• Uphold AP/AR policies and procedures
• Bank recociliation
• Uphold quality historical records of accounting information
