COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst for a newly established, FORTUNE 500 backed renewable energy company. Reporting to the Treasurer, your focus is to invest, develop, own and operate utility-scale renewable energy projects. Our client has a robust pipeline of projects in the near term, and it will expand its energy asset portfolio across the United States. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst, will be an integral part of the new accounting and finance team to analyze and monitor the company’s financial data, encompassing revenue, spending, and expenses.If you are interested in joining a company that is advancing the future of Clean Energy Grids, keep on reading!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range
planning.
• Providing insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, and making
recommendations for improvement.
• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures
relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll. Ensures compliance with
policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business
processes.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and
actionable insights.
• Supporting the evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives through financial
analysis and modeling.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate
environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to
completion.
• Skilled in working with cross functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Korean) is a plus.
