Callaway Industrial is hiring a Sales/Project Manager in Raleigh, NC.
We are looking for a Sales/Project Manager who will be responsible for selling industrial products to various industries. This position is based out of our Raleigh, NC office.
Callaway Industrial Services is a full facilities maintenance contracting company serving the Carolinas leading industries since 1975. Specializing in industrial and commercial cleaning, industrial and commercial painting, and commercial epoxy floor systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers, identify, and pursue valuable leads.
- Service current client base, responding to needs and requirements; provide technical advice.
- Maintain records of projects to properly manage job sites, generate reports as needed.
- Bid on jobs and assist with material take-offs.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial maintenance or construction fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
