A young and growing multijurisdictional law firm seeks New Jersey and New York barred attorneys (2-10 years admission), insurance litigation and federal court experience would be helpful. Our offices are located in Northern New Jersey, in Bergen County, and on Long Island, in Nassau County, New York. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Associate Attorney Job Summary
Your tasks include drafting legal documents, assisting with the discovery process, and performing legal research for each case. While we sometimes negotiate settlements on behalf of clients without going to trial, we are looking for someone who can aggressively represent our clients' interests. Our ideal applicant has 2-10 years of litigating experience, preferably focused on insurance law to include No-Fault/PIP, auto accident cases, and slip-and-fall negligence.
