Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve customer questions regarding order status, product information, order processing, and account status with accuracy and efficiency.
• Order Processing: Accurately enter and process all customer orders received through EDI, telephone, fax, and email.
• Professional Call Handling: Manage all incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers to resolve issues and concerns courteously and professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
• Consistent Quality Service: Deliver consistent, high-quality service to all customers in line with company procedures and policies.
• Order Review and Coordination: Review orders and coordinate shipping timelines based on production schedules and purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Actively communicate with customers regarding any problems or delays, taking a proactive approach to customer service.
