WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

As our HVAC Installer, you will work a consistent schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities. This allows you to plan your week effectively while maintaining a work-life balance.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an HVAC Installer, your day will begin by overseeing your team of skilled HVAC technicians, ensuring they are prepared and equipped for the day's tasks. You will coordinate service schedules to maximize efficiency and meet client needs. Throughout the day, you will utilize your troubleshooting expertise to resolve any HVAC issues that arise, maintaining our high standards of service. You'll be hands-on with tools, guiding your team through complex problems and ensuring quality workmanship. By fostering a positive and supportive environment, you will mentor technicians through our Mentor/Apprentice Program, helping them grow and develop their skills. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients are satisfied. To do this, you need:

• Valid driver's license
• Your own tools
• Installation experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

At least 4 years of related experience is preferred!
