The Community Outreach Specialist is a critical Calm Source team member. The Community Outreach Specialist is the external team member that represents Calm Source in the community and to other organizations.
Community Outreach Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop and in depth understanding of the Calm Source mission and service offerings.
- Community Liaison to City of Danville and Surrounding areas.
- Create and maintain positive partnerships with potential referral sources, state, local and federal agencies.
- Strategic Brand-Building Initiatives.
- Manage social media Presents.
- Develop and implement community activities, campaigns, and other strategies to increase community awareness and engagement with Calm Source.
- Participate in events and promotions in the community advocating for Calm Source and the members it serves.
- Serve as a representative/spokesperson for Calm Source at community events.
Community Outreach Specialist Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of associate degree
- Bachelors in marketing or business preferred.
- 1 years of preferred in related experience.
