Our Technology, Information, and Business Advancement (TIBA) section is currently seeking a manager for the Information Management unit. This is an Information Technology Manager I position. The right candidate will be organized, personable, support governance, promote policies, processes, and procedures related to data management, be able to connect with high-performing team members, and have the desire to help drive the CalPERS mission to deliver retirement and health care benefits to members and their beneficiaries.
The Information Management unit provides IT services that include data masking of CalPERS data records and transactions, creating custom subsets of masked CalPERS data for testing and training purposes, data record validation, data quality issue analysis & correction, data modeling, and providing CalPERS business knowledge expertise to IT and business teams.
