Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to oversee and manage the company's AR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving financial operations. The AR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the AR operations, maintaining healthy cash flow, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AR Processes: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely and accurate payments, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular AR reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and potential risks.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to accounts receivable.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve any billing or payment disputes with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Software Utilization: Utilize company software and tools effectively to manage AR processes and provide accurate reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in an RCM, billing, or software company.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial data.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Bill.com, quick books etc.
- Certification in Accounts Receivable (CAR) or similar credentials.
- Familiarity with RCM and billing processes.
