Calvary Robotics is Hiring a Controls Project Engineer Near Webster, NY
- Design or assist the hardware designer in specifying and Integrating Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Control Systems Hardware for Automated Assembly, Test, and Material Handling Systems.
- Develop or assist the hardware design engineer in releasing an accurate Bill of Materials.
- Design Control Software for PLCs; PCs; Industrial HMI's; steppers; servo motor controls; industrial test systems; etc.
- Design or assist specialist in the developing the controls software for Robotics and Vision systems.
- Integral participant /stakeholder in system commissioning and customer acceptance at Calvary.
- Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Machine Builder, Project Manager and Purchasing staff during the design and build process.
- Install, train, and commission machines at customer's site.
- Play integral role in system acceptance/sign-off at customer facility.
- Participate in department initiatives towards continuous improvement goals
