Calvert Systems Engineering is Hiring an Admin/Scheduler/IT SME Near Bellevue, NE

Admin/Scheduler/IT SME

Location: Bellevue, NE

Minimum Clearance Required: Secret


Travel: 5-10% travel requirement to CONUS locations as required by customer needs

As an Admin/Scheduler/IT SME, you will be responsible for developing and modifying project schedules and integrating multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development of new program policies and procedures, facilitating meetings, preparing meeting minutes and required reports; supporting the review of facility design, activation plans and participating in site surveys to ensure all requirements are met for the P90 weapon system.


Who You Are and What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer related field or equivalent experience in related field required
  • Secret security clearance required
  • Minimum of 10 years IT, Scheduling, Office management experience
  • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Experience in coordinating with leadership across the organization to ensure timely compliance
  • Previous experience reviewing and preparing project and technical analyses, reports and other technical documentation
  • Knowledge in monitoring and conducting Security Control Assessment to ensure all controls meet security requirements.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with a variety of configuration management concepts, practices and procedures
  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products to include, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge across key information technology system development tasks and high impact assignments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally, to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations for meetings and site visits as required by customer needs


What You Will Do:

  • Gather, collect, record, track, verify and analyze data and information from multiple sources.
  • Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • Design processes to enhance work flow.
  • Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
  • Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systems.
  • Manage Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) and resources to ensure excellent performance and achievement of program goals and objectives.
  • Link project schedules with the overarching program, functional area and/or other Integrated Master Plans (IMPs).
  • Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives.
  • Maintain status on linkages and dependencies with related projects.
  • Assist with maintaining appropriate records and prepares reports for the program.
  • Develop and present briefings as required in support of direct work and corporate activities
  • Interface directly with government and/or prime customer program manager to ensure positive communication and to resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments due to familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist.
