Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our MedSurg / Telemetry unit for a 13-week travel assignment. This position offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MedSurg / Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Monitoring: Regularly monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
• Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including electronic health records (EHR), and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
