Cambio Communities is seeking a Community Manager with diverse background, experience, and skills to be a culture add to our growing team.

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, managing resident and vendor relations, rent collections, and community staff. You will also be responsible for increasing occupancy through marketing and sales efforts, creating, and analyzing budgets, and managing the physical appearance of the community.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Passion to provide exceptional living experiences for individuals and families across the nation
• Five (5) years of property management experience
• Strong performance with Curb Appeal, Delinquency, Sales, Leasing, Refurbs, Cap-Ex, Pool
• Ability to create, analyze budgets, P&L's, and financial reports
• Experience as a Supervisor/Manager with Leadership skills
• Ability and willingness to meet requirement to work weekends and on-call
