Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food service when needed
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Previous experience in a hotel or food service industry is preferred
