Associate Degree in computer networking technology or similar field or equivalent experience.
•Demonstrated experience troubleshooting a variety of computer hardware and software
issues on Windows and Apple computing devices.
•Network management skills including Windows Active Directory and Apple Open Directory.
•Knowledge of software applications and operating systems.
•Excellent communication and record keeping skills.
•Familiarity with Internet and technology applications used in K-12 schools.
Experience with Pearson's PowerSchool student information system preferred.
•Familiarity with automated procedures for applying Windows and Mac OS updates.
•Experience managing Apple iOS devices (iPads, iPods, Apple TV) in a classroom environment
including app syncing and managing updates.
Experience with Gmail an Chrome.
