Cambridge is looking for someone to fill the role of Senior Consultant on our Operations Support team in our Phoenix, Arizona office. The Senior Consultant provides service and support for operational tasks that are more complex and/or require an in-depth subject matter expertise.

• Provide customer service related to requests as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals
• Provide service and support for operational tasks related to stock sales, stock deposits, tax and cost basis resolution, and debit balance resolution
• Maintain a close partnership with the companys trade desk
• Provide service and support for various client solutions including, but not limited to, retirement plans, workplace investing, lending, and charitable giving
• Administer support for internal and external customers via inbound and outbound phone calls through case and email resolution
• Function as a subject matter expert both internally and externally
• Maintain contact between Operations Support and Specialized Services management in order to achieve the best utilization of resources for the department

Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training.

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidates qualifications, the Companys operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
