Cambridge Tea House is currently hiring for part time kitchen help, 2-3 shifts per week. Sundays required.
We are a scratch kitchen, so duties include lots of recipe prep and baking as well as making and plating salads, sandwiches and afternoon tea.
We are a small space, so tidiness is crucial; must keep workspace clean during service and we re-stock, clean, sweep & sanitize our stations at the end of the day.
Experience is not required for the right individual--we are willing to train those with a good attitude and desire to learn.
Servsafe and knowledge of basic food service safety and sanitation are a plus.
Position requires the ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must have a clean, professional appearance and reliable transportation, with a solid history of attendance and punctuality. Sorry, due to the amount of paid training required, this job is not seasonal (No 'summer job' applicants, please.)
Pay starts at $17 per hour. Raises are given swiftly and regularly to individuals displaying excellent attendance and attitude. Must be authorized to work in the US. Cambridge Tea House is an equal opportunity employer. Thanks for your interest!
