Commercial Roofing firm seeking experienced project manager. Salary range DOE $70K .
Construction Project Management field experience required. Familiar in OnCenter Software a plus. English required, Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with site superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, architects, etc. on a daily basis to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget from inception to completion.
Negotiating prime and subcontract agreements, safeguarding company interests and incorporating acceptable terms.
Create and maintain construction scheduling, phasing, and sequencing. Plan operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Prepare and accurately maintain project documentation and records, including RFI’s, logs, job reports, submittals, change order requests, correspondence, etc.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Hire subcontractors and vendors as required.
Determine monthly progress billings, ensure labor compliance and documentation needs are met.
Maintain up to date safety standards and program, ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
