Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Manager will work with support departments to understand needs and help identify tools for consolidating, analyzing and providing access to data to help users make better business decisions. This position will look to produce actionable information, viewing data as a strategic asset for the corporation. Working closely with operations and all support teams, this position will deliver data driven solutions to identify new business opportunities using artificial intelligence (A.I.) and data analysis resulting in increased NOI and operational performance. This position will work to connect siloed infrastructures to enhance data sharing across the company. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to multi-task, manage multiple projects and requests in a faced paced environment, and work with minimal supervision.
Our ideal candidate will have the following experience: business intelligence, data analytics, Microsoft Fabric (A.I.), SQL, database architecture, data visualization, reporting writing, project management, data mining, modeling capabilities, as well as good written & oral communication skills. This candidate excels at critical thinking and possesses the ability to explain complex data concepts to business users. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
