Camelback Spring Training, LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician - Full Time Near Phoenix, AZ
- Assist Director in all aspects of building and facility maintenance.
- Perform maintenance projects as directed including tasks related to M.E.P.
- Respond to stadium/teams repair requests/work orders.
- Record accurate and detailed information as pertains to work orders, preventive maintenance and building equipment maintenance requirements.
- Abide by policies, procedures, building standards and programs relating to the overall maintenance of the facility.
- Become knowledgeable with facility, buildings, and be open to learning our systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems
- Experience with basic building boiler operation and maintenance requirements a plus.
- Ability to repair/replace faucets, clean aerators, clogged lines, angle stops, Sloan valves, urinal and water closet repairs; insta-hot and small hot water heater repair & maintenance with minimal training.
- Familiarity with 277V lighting and 120V circuits, lamps, ballasts familiarity with circuit breakers/ resets.
- Interior maintenance capabilities: touch ups, patching, drywall, tape, mud, paint- (spray, brush, roll), etc.
- Basic carpentry experience: repair door components, locks, closures, weather stripping, ceiling tiles, etc. and/or willing to learn.
- Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during spring training.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pick up 50 – 100lbs and climb/work on ladders, as well as enclosed spaces.
- Preferred to have 2 years building maintenance experience and/or technical or trade schooling.
- Valid AZ driver’s license.
- Bilingual preferred
