We have openings for hospitality-oriented **Wait Staff** candidates for Full-Time (11am-8pm) and Part-Time (11:00am to 3:00pm) and (3:00pm- 8:00pm)

**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

Wait Staff is responsible for table service in all Brandon Wilde dining rooms and special events.

**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:**

1. Sets tables and maintains workstations in proper order.

2. Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously.

3. Records meal orders and additional charges utilizing the Point-of-Sales system, Full Count.

4. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service.

5. Answers pertinent questions about menu items.

6. Attentive to the likes and dislikes of residents when serving food.

7. Responsible for notifying manager and/or team leader promptly of any issues.

1. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.

2. Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant, club with fine dining preferred. **Training will be provided.**

3. Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.

4. Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
