DUTIES:

• The duties of the position are most heavily focused on personnel and labor law (primarily arbitration, mediation and settlement, performance management, and employee relations), but also include a variety of general administrative law matters.
• Responsible for arbitration caseload preparation, assistance, and related work.
• Assisting with formulating strategies based on case law, working with management officials in developing factual arguments, and providing technical assistance at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Responsible for identifying and strategizing settlement opportunities with DELMR management and will be expected to coordinate all aspects of settlement.
• The LR/ER/PM Analyst(s) will provide day-to-day advice and assistance on employee relations, performance management, and labor relations to OASAM management to include conducting research of the law and DOL and Agency policies and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
  • 6 Years as experience in Labor relations
  • Government experience is required
