Cameo Consulting Group, LLC a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking a qualified and available Senior Management Analyst to support a prospective Federal client.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop Sharepoint sites for OHR divisions and customers.
• Site development includes pages, sites, documents, libraries, and workflows.
• Develop complex workflows and processes using PowerApps and Power Automate
• Meet with customers to define site requirements and design
• maintain, enhance and update existing OHR Sharepoint sites, pages, lists documents libraries, and workflows, as needed.
• Change Modern view.
• Fix inherited permission issues.
• Correct 508 compliance issues.
• Convert Workflow Design and InfoPath forms to Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Maintain and update OHR Sharepoint site permission
• Track Sharepoint project issues.
• Collaborate with HRIS and OCIO on resolving Sharepoint issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of technical experience in strategic business analysis, process and SharePoint design.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Skills.
• Technical expertise with Sharepoint Design and development including but not limited to workflows, forms and pages using Power Apps.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
