Our client is a Food Manufacturer selling and seeking to sell products to major retailers such as Target, Costco, Trader Joe’s, and Kroger. CSA has been retained to recruit a Staff Accountant interested in working for a small company that is quickly growing and looking to scale. There will be future career growth opportunities provided for the appropriate candidate.
This role will work in an office near O’Hare International and along the Golden Corridor (NW Suburb).
Key Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of financial reporting and accounting experience • Experience with ERP preferably Oracle NetSuite
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter and effective problem solver • Excellent communication skills • Outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
Target Compensation:
$70k-$80k salary discretionary bonus benefits.
